Accu-Lube fluid lubricants are manufactured using non-toxic, renewable raw materials so they are environmentally safe and biodegradable. They contain no hazardous chemicals and none of the ingredients are subject to SARA (Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act) reporting. In addition to their environmental benefits, our lubricants are safe for use with all metals without fear of discoloration or damage.

Improve process quality:

When compared to traditional soluble oil mixtures, Accu-Lube lubricants offer a substantial increase in lubricity which reduces the friction that arises during the machining process. When there is no heat build-up tools last longer and part finish is improved. Accu-Lube products also work to optimize efficiency by eliminating of the maintenance, mist, and mess that come with flood coolant. These advancements promote efficient, improve product quality, and reduce operating costs.

Reduce fluid use and eliminate disposal:

In a six month period average Accu-Lube customers are able to replace 55 gallons of coolant concentrate, equivalent to approximately 1,100 gallons of working flood coolant, with only 5 gallons of Accu-Lube lubricant. Manufacturers conserve fluid and reduce waste since Accu-Lube lubricant is used up during the cutting process. Expensive fluid disposal is eliminated and post-operation cleaning is simplified. 

在使用ACCU-LUBE潤滑油六個(gè)月的時(shí)間里5加侖的潤滑油能夠取代原始的55加侖的冷卻液的原液，相當(dāng)于1100加侖的切削液。在切削過程中使用ACCU-LUBE潤滑油能夠有效地降低了切削液的處理成本。

Two General Classes of Lubricants, Plus Special Purpose:

Accu-Lube has two general classes of lubricants, first is the natural-based cutting lubricants which provide the maximum base-lubricity and performance.  They are thicker (higher viscosity) than the other class of lubricants.  Whenever possible it is recommended to use this first group of lubricants for the best performance.  Accu-Lube lubricants will not inherently stain any metal.  The single drawback when using these more viscous class of lubricants is they must be cleaned off before heat treating to prevent a carbon stain being left behind.  This concern mostly applies to aluminum extruders who saw or machine immediately after extrusion and prior to heat treating.  For these applications we have an entire second class of lubricants which are refined to a point where they will evaporate during the heat treating process and leave little or no residue behind.  

ACCU-LUBE潤滑油分為兩種類型，**熱處理前需簡單清洗，因?yàn)檫@類油的粘度相對來說比較高，能夠適用于任何金屬加工，在熱處理后會(huì)有一定的殘留，對工件有的一定的影響，只要對這個(gè)問題沒有太大的要求，建議使用這種潤滑油，其潤滑性能比一般的性能要高。**是粘度相對來說比較低，適合用于輕載加工，在熱處理前無需清洗，熱處理后不會(huì)產(chǎn)生殘留。
